House etiquette
- Phones stay in lockers on the thermal floor and on silent elsewhere; calls belong in the booths.
- No photos or filming of members, guests or staff, and no naming members online.
- Shower before the Heat Rooms, sit on a towel and keep voices low in quiet areas.
- Guests come with you, and members look after their guests.
- Arrive ten minutes before classes and treatments; late cancellations follow your membership terms.

Adults who value wellbeing and good company and expect to use the house regularly. Eligibility, including minimum age, is confirmed by the membership team.
Do I need to know a member?
No. A referral can be noted on your application, and the team will explain how it is considered.
How long does an application take?
Timing depends on application volume and review dates. The team keeps you updated after you apply.
Can I bring guests?
This depends on your membership and on capacity that day. Current allowances are shared when you join.
What is included, and what is extra?
Most spaces and group classes are included. Treatments, private sessions and dining are charged at member rates, and your membership offer gives a full breakdown.
